About

Dr. Michael Kreuzer lives & works in central Edmonton, where he opened his office “Glasses Half Full” in 2018, immediately after graduating from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry.

Dr. Kreuzer is excited to bring a diverse background to the ACO Council starting from his appointment in 2023 – incorporating experience ranging from provincial optometry subcommittee work, international optometry NGO advisory service, e-commerce ventures, and clinical trial coordination.

He is excited to serve the Alberta public by reducing patient wait times & improving access to vision services, by embracing new technologies, and by bolstering the key role that Alberta optometrists play in their communities as primary vision care providers. He looks forward to contributing to the ACO Council and to advocating for Albertans’ vision needs.
